Reducing and Optimizing the Project Planned Cost from $ 10 Million Dollars for Buying HIS System and Internally Develop it with a Cost of 500 Thousand Egyptian Pounds within 2 years’ Duration Using the Agile Delivery, Adding to that the In-House Developed Programs Became Part of the Hospital Assets.

Designing, Developing, Implementing and Supporting the In-House Developed Hospital Management Systems [19 Modules HIS System Front Office - 8 Modules Back Office ERP System] Serving all the Medical and Administrative Departments and Applying the HIMSS Standard.

Transformed the First ICT Department within Shefa Al-Orman Hospital in Upper Egypt from a Services Department whose Primary Role to Provide Technical Support to all Internal Departments, from a Cost Center to a Profit Center that Contributes to Generating Revenue for the Organization by Providing Consultation Services, Organizing Workshops, Train and Qualify Upper Egypt Youth to Become Qualified for the Labor Market.
